OUR NEIGHBORHOODS

76201 - 76205 - 76207
76208 - 76209 - 76210

If you're like us, you know that good policy is really not all that complicated.  Experience and common sense teaches us, for example, that:

1. Spending money you don't have and have no hope of getting is a recipe for disaster.

2. More government is rarely the solution to a problem.

3. Each individual must take primary responsibility for his own well-being and that of his family.

4. Every judge and prosecutor has a duty to apply the law as it is written, and not as he or she wishes it could be.

5. The people of a nation should determine for themselves the laws which will govern their lives.

Although the above ideas are common sense to us, we have learned that they are not common sense to everyone.  Bigger government, larger debts, irresponsibility, emotional decisionmaking and internationalism seem to be the order of the day.

If you believe, as we do, in limited government, fiscal responsibility, personal responsibility, the rule of law and national sovereignty are encouraged to SIGN UP so that we can help you find like-minded citizens in your same area.

I am in all the way but the question for you all is what are you willing to do to stop the anti-american government in D.C. Did you notice that I didn't call it my government but is more of a foreign body and wrongly called our federal government. The line my friend is called civil disobedience where we do what must be done to get our rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution back. It may take alot more than shouting and voting. Remember Obama wants to take the right to bare arms away and build his own personal army like Hitlers SS and gustopo. Not to mention turning your own childen against you like Hitler youth brown shirts. I am an observer of human behavior and Obama and his friends in the dark are preparing to join us with the EU and be what I a call a satellite and become another socialist country. Now I am not a nut but I can see civil war coming and Obama sees it too. The responce of the states to the so called socialist health care in the Union points to possible succession

With the underlying potential of upheaval within the Democrat Party and the Tea Party inspiring revolt against overreaching government, grassroots conservatives led a charge across the length and breadth of the United States on November 2, 2010 with the future of state, federal and local elections of 2012 in the balance. The Obama administration is on the horns of a dilemma.

The November 2, 2010 election represented a strong repudiation of the Marxist-driven policies pushed upon this nation by the misguided, unqualified, totally out-of-touch and most likely one-term resident of the White House. The "Tea Party" patriots have also sent a strong message to the ruling class elitists%u2019 Republican Party- their time will be up soon if they continue to obstruct the new conservatives who are coming to take back their party.

It is time for us to be aggressive about our freedom. Simple votes have stolen our funds. Their numbers haven't worked for a long time. Maybe the fact Congress has nothing to lose without their government jobs. Congress retirement continues for life and they voted it that way FOR THE PEOPLE???? I don't think many of them have ever worked FOR THE PEOPLE.

Dear Fellow Patriot,
We have been frustrated in our attempts to reverse the descent of our government into socialism/totalitarianism. It appears as though our protests consistently fall on deaf ears. It is time to take the next step and formally petition our government, our right to which in guaranteed under the first amendment. This e-mail contains a formal copy of a list of grievances and a u-tube link. It is not comprehensive but if only a fraction of these concerns are addressed, it will be a beginning. I would like to see three things done with this list. First, to have it read at every April 15 TEA party. Second, that at those TEA parties, a copy is signed by the participants and sent to the office of Speaker Pelosi via private carrier (Fed Ex, UPS). Finally, it is my desire to have these grievances entered into the congressional record. This will take a very courageous congressperson.

I request your cooperation in the first two and that you forward this e-mail

These cuurent economic policies have resulted in a $45 trillion national debt that is 65% of GDP, ballooning to 90% of GDP by 2020 if left unchecked, which lowers the standard of living for everyone in this country to levels Americans have never experienced before. The democrat party claims to be for the little guy but they have signed into law $670 billion in taxes that will effect everyone below the $250,000 income level and will increase prices and increase job losses for everybody. Their proposals for a gasoline and VAT tax are regressive and will burden the poor the most. They also have taken campaign funds from the very companies they rail against like Goldman Sachs the investment bank. Out-of-control deficit spending, an exploding national debt, and ever increasing taxes result in job loss, a lack of job creation, and ever lower standards of living. This is why everyone should keep up the great work, vote for conservatives, network to get others to vote, and support opponents to

Hello, I am running for Denton City Council; I saw a need for someone to stand up for our U.S. Constitution, private property rights and individual freedoms. Denton's current yearly budget is $568 Million; and the Denton taxpayer's are expected to pay for it. The city has to control its spending! As most American's, I am also concerned illegal immigration and the strain it is putting on all tax payers; regardless of race. I am the only candidate taking on the tough issues that confront our city. I believe we should have a voter tea party gathering and take back control of our city. The best time would be during early voting, since voters could go to the ballot box at any voting location, at that time. Contact me and organize and let our voices be heard. We have just launched a website targeting early voters and need help with getting the issues vocal throughout the community. The candidates, for the most part, are dancing around the issues, Eric Mach is willing to not only take on these issues, but do so in a way where the public will have a say in the tough decisions that are facing the City of Denton! www.ericmach.com is his new website launched just two weeks prior to the election, and we need your input and comments! Please visit and let us know how we can make Denton a better City for everyone!

The Super-TARP bill before congress now, the so-called wall street reform bill S.3217, gives the federal government a blank check for future bailouts and creates a new bureaucracy with unlimited authority over banks without judicial review. It does nothing to address the community reinvestment act that congress passed mandating that banks underwrite risky loans. Now the demcrat sentors are adding amendments to harm minig and oil companies as well as trying to take over yet another industry.

I am amazed by the debate over the new Arizona immigration law, which mirrors current federal laws, which are not being enforced. The Anti-American opponents choose not to mention that Phoenix is 2nd in the world for kidnapping. Murder is 2 ½ times the national average and auto theft is out of control. Heavily armed drug cartel & paramilitary are entering the USA and killing our law enforcement and citizens. It does not matter if it was coming from Mexico, Canada or Poland; if you are an US citizen or just love this country, you must be concerned with America%u2019s safety and future. Our own Denton Mayor Mark Burroughs, told me of the financial strain illegal immigration has put on our educational system. Also, illegal immigrates cost Texas tax payers $5 Billion dollars a year and lowered wages, during this time of high unemployment. Mexico has draconian immigration laws that restrict persons because of their race and illegal immigrates do not receive any welfare or healthcare;

There is also a document called local agenda 21. This is affecting our cities, mayors and our city council members. I am am posting hyperlinks to several articles explaining local agenda 21. Just now came across this page & saw your post. I am a Coordinator for the Lewisville~Flower Mound Tea Party (since the beginning). Contact Landra at lewisvilleteaparty@yahoo.com.

In case there's any misunderstanding or confusion I would like to clarify & post a disclaimer for those reading these posts. The Dallas Tea Party is NOT affiliated with ANY political party. The Denton County Republican Tea Party who posted a statement on this page is NOT affiliated with the Dallas Tea Party in any way, nor, obviously, had the co-founders attended any tea party event or group prior to starting this party-associated "tea party" as this goes against THE #1 policy of a true tea party.

The time has come for patriots to reclaim our government. The first steps have been taken by all of the people joining this movement. This country has a very firmly entrenched 2 party system in place. The logical next step must be to reclaim a political party. With this in mind we have atarted the Denton County Republican Tea Party. Our goals are #1 to stop the socialist slide, #2 reclaim the Republican party and make it the party for fiscal conservatives, limited government, national sovereignty, free enterprise & individual responsibilty that we need in order to reclaim our government. Our first general membership meeting is set for Thursday 7/22/2010 6:30 PM at the IHOP, I35E and Swisher Road in Hickory Creek. When elected officials take from the people who put them in office based on trust and good faith, they should be punished and removed from office. Common sense is all it takes to run government. The people in Washington never talk about cutting government but they are always willing to cut benefits and add new taxes to add more folks to the government payroll. When everyone is working for Washington, who will be left to fund the country.

It is time to get the government back into its constitutional limits. Now it is too big and has way too much power. We must remove any politician who does not defend the Constitution.

Police Chief suspended and Police Officer terminated because of affiliation with Tea Party.

Subject: City Council Meeting in Tawakoni October 26, 2010
West Tawakoni, Tx
ATTENTION ALL TEA PARTY MEMBERS

As most of you all know Johnny Beckett was terminated as an Police officer in West Tawakoni Wednesday Oct 20th and Chief Jack Schultz on Suspension by the Mayor of West Tawakoni Pete Yoho. The main reason for this action is their affiliation with the Tea Party. During last Tuesday nights meeting the Mayor publicly slandered the LTATP, Jack Schultz, Johnny Beckett, Candy Schultz, Bill Creed, Ed Watson, Carol Soloman, Laura Beckett, and my self. We need all members of the Tea Party to be at the next meeting at city hall Tue, Oct 26th at p.m.. These men are great officers and deserve all of our support. Chief Schultz has been on the police force for many many years and he also served as a volunteer fireman when ever needed. Help is needed.
thank you
